We are a reliable player and quality leader for the automotive industry with regard to production of a selection of different injection moulded plastic parts. In our ISO 9001 and IATF certified production sites, our qualified team expert in the field of injection moulding, manufactures components for leading manufacturers in the automotive industry, in compliance with standards and within cost limits. Our aim is to improve automotive experience for our customers and provide them with added value.

Automotive plastic parts manufactured as a result to activities of injection production line are mainly present in applications under the bonnet, on the doors, roof and interior trim of the vehicle.

In the context of long-term development of its business while aiming for the global vision defined and reviewed at the group’s annual conference, the group has included Lighting activity in its business panel since 2018. Some Lighting projects are in the mould design phase while others are in pre-series. SOP series production will start in January 2020 for the Lighting activity.

INJECTION MOULDING OF THERMOPLASTICS

Using various injection techniques, we mould parts for all applications. With optimal cost control, our team has a complete mastery of injection techniques: single-material, metal-plastic overmoulding, and 2K bi-injection. Throughout our partnership with various groups in the field, we have developed a solid experience in injection moulding of parts in different colours and different types of plastic.

INJECTION MOULDING – LIGHTING

Committed to design and production of high-precision components, our new AERODEFI plant located in Kenitra free zone has started pre-production of its first automotive lighting project.

We envisaged a huge investment in the new factory with new mono and bi-injection machines and an automatic raw material supply.

Our main objective is to offer a unique key offer with suitable prices to our end customer.

Bi -injection

In the context of offering our customers a complete Lighting product with more added value and always in perfect coherence with our vision, an investment plan to finance metalizing equipment is validated by the management. A surface coating machine will be installed in AERODEFI plant in June 2020.

Throughout this investment, we will offer our customers complete products (injection moulded and metalized parts) with functional coatings such as reflectors, decorative glasses or plastic housings.
